Our 6 vulcanizing machines, 4 mixers and 36 molds help us turn out
up to 10,000 square meters of rubber mats and tiles per month-4,000
square meters more than most of our competitors. We typically
provide products with thicknesses ranging from 15mm to 50mm but are
equipped to provide mats with 90mm thickness. Samples are ready in
1 to 3 days. Customized designs are welcome, and we will need 30 to
40 days to develop a new mold.
